Not only in Mumbai but across whole Maharashtra if you want get admission in any of the physiotherapy colleges than you should qualify NEET exam because admission to BPT course is made through NEET Counselling in Maharashtra state.

But if you do not get any seat in NEET

It is not necessary to pass NEET 2020 for pursuing Physiotherapy. NEET is mandated for MBBS and BDS Education. For pursuing Physiotherapy the students should require 45% in physics, chemistry and biology.
