see the scholarship criteria is differ college to college and you need to check the college website for the particular college scholarship criteria for rules and regulations, however there is some government and private scholarship available for meritorious students in which you may apply after 10+2 course,

There is no need of NEET for BPT course. There are certain Institutions which conducts their own Examination and therefore Cutoffs are different for Different Exams.
For the admission to physiotherapy programme, you should have qualified the examination conducted by the individual institutions/universities.

It is a government college. Inspite of being one the infrastructure is pretty good. The campus enviroinment and social life is good too. The college is not reccomended for post graduation though. If you are okay with the hefty fee then go ahead with this university.
