Both Bachelor in Physiotherapy and Bachelor in Naturopathy and Yogic Science are are degree courses. So there is no difference in the oppurtunities that would be available for you after the completion of either of them.

The admission in MBBS course is based on merit in NEET entrance exam.You have to appear in NEET entrance exam and you must fulfill the eligibility criteria to appear in that.The eligibility criteria is that a candidate must have passed 10+2 or it's equivalent with Biology/Biotechnology, Physics and Chemistry

If you want to pursue Physiotherapy, it is not mandatory to clear NEET entrance exam. There are many good and well renown universities in which the general eligibility criteria for pursuing Physiotherapy is to Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology)
