The due date for admission to most schools will be early December(December first to fifteenth) 2018 to Mid (January fifteenth) 2019. I will counsel you take the GRE early enough ; Maybe May-July 2018. Paradventure you have to retake The test, you have abundant time to do that.

Hi Pushkar, in my opinion, VIT Pune is definitely better than PCCOE Pune. 

Firstly, being an autonomous institute has it's own advantage.

Also, the different aspects on which one compares colleges like placement, faculty, extra curricular activities etc are definitely better at VIT Pune in my opinion.
