PCCOE ranks among the best colleges in terms of placement and job opportunities. The placements provided are so big that students from other colleges come to the college for placement whenever there is a placement drive. The job fair is also held in college where a number of companies come together in search of employees. There is a Training and Placement department specially dedicated towards taking care of the placement drive that is organized in the college. The major recruiters in the college are KPIT, L&T, Wipro, Capgemini, Flipkart, Amazon, Byjus. The average packages offered are 3.5 lakhs to 4 lakhs and the highest package given to the student of this college is 34 lakhs. The maximum placements happens in the computer science and IT department and hence have the highest package offers.

It is highly unlikely for you to get admission  through MHT CET counselling process as you have very average performance of 57 percentile in JEE MAIN and 66 in MHT CET. There is a slight chance of admission. Although the college most suggested would be Sinhagad College of Engineering in Pune. But you may also get admission in PCCOE. Yes there is chance to Apply seat in PUMBA through second counselling, but there should be vacant seat available in PUMBA. If all seats filled in PUMBA on first counselling then it is not possible to apply for PUMBA, you can apply for other college if seat are available in that college or you can study in Sinhagad as your wish.

All these three colleges, you asked about are the best three engineering colleges in and around pune and Mumbai. 

PCCOE has the best reputation of having better placements, best teachers, nice hostels and packages of companies for the students. Most of the people prefer this college.

DY patil college also have the same facilities but these college do have less placement packages for the students compared to the PCCOE college. 

DJ Sanghavi college is also good but have problems with the administration works and limited number of classrooms and it also has high fees but its facilities are very good compared to the other two.

Ranking of the colleges will be better if you read my answer and then you align these according to which you prefer better

I assume that you want to compare both the colleges , sinhgad college of engineering and PCCOE. Then , please note that both the colleges are good. Both have good placement records. Both have the NAAC accreditation of A grade.

If you are ready to pay a little bit more amoumt of fees as the fees is Rs.5 lakhs per year while that of PCCOE is Rs.4.58 lakhs. If you are satisfied with the average placements of RS.3 lakhs per annum.

Placement at PCCOE:

About 80-100% of students get placed every year. It is a well-reputed college of Pune University for its discipline and academic records. The college has an interaction with many brand companies like Mercedes Benz, L&T etc. Most frequently visiting companies for E&TC branch are KPIT, L&T, Capgemini, and they offer an average salary package of 3.5 LPA. 

In PCCOE, the teachers are focused on completing the syllabus. They are helpful and understanding.

In terms of infrastructure , campus and hostel, mess, DY patil college of engineering is better since it is costlier in admission as well as hostel fees.
