Hi Aspirant,
AU is the best college in all respects. It has decent placement rates of more than 98% in CSE branch and also one of the best branch in AU.The highest salary package is 16LPA and the average salary package ranges from 3-4LPA.Moreover the college has better infrastructure and offers a good place to study. If you are worried about the syllabus the college offers almost the similar syllabus as that of JNTUK (There are minute differences in syllabus pattern).Faculty members are much better and experienced.
Hope it helps!!
Hey!
See, LPU has all the basic infrastructure and other facilities for its students including highly qualified faculty members and it also has a good placement record but only for undergraduation programmes such as BTech or BSc. But if you want to pursue M.tech then try to join IIts or NITs or any other colleges which offers good opportunities for M.tech students such as UPES, MSRIT banglore, MIT, IISc banglore, DTU etc.
You can check the list of top Mtech colleges here:

Hope I answered your query, thankyou!

Dear Aspirant,
Harcourt Butter Technical University is historically known for generating great Chemical Engineers from it's campus year after year who are recruited by erstwhile PSUs or Public Sector Undertakings like IOCL, HPCL, BARC, BHEL and so on. Therefore, I would rather suggest you to prefer chemical over mechanical engineering. No doubt that among the core branches, mechanical engineering department is leading from the front, chemical engineering has its own charm.
The average package for mechanical engineers in HBTU is around 7.9 lakhs which is kinda decent. The average package for chemical engineering graduates from HBTU is close to 8.5 to 9 lakhs. The good thing about it is that almost 80% of the students from chemical engineering department get placed as the Institute has solid alumni base and network.
The highest package offered in the Institute through on campus placement is the computer science engineering. It's average package is around 13 to 14 lakhs with the highest package being offered on campus for cse being 19 lakhs.
Actually, the branch chose by a candidate depends a lot on the UPSEE or JEE Mains Rank earned by the candidate. In case you didn't get the branch you desired to pursue, all you need to do is to score a very good CGPA( GRADES in first two semesters in the first year) and you will have the option of changing your branch to something that you desire more.
Choose your branch wisely that suits your interests and passion.
Hi Shiva!
Methodist College Belfast, has an amazing set of faculty. They are very well educated in their respective streams. You also have a Staff Directory in their official website, where you can browse and get to know more about them.
When it comes to placement, they follow Careers Education Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG), to develop the necessary Career Management and Employability Skills. They help in improving the skills at various aspects such as:
They also conduct various Careers Exhibition, by having stalls which will provide useful information to parents and their pupils.
They also have a portal known as Unifrog where students can search for Opportunities and make applications for their next steps.
Hope this is helpful!
All the very best!
Hello,
Yes...it is good for ECE...!!!
The department has got accreditation from NAAC with ‘A’ grade in 2015 and NBA in 2016.And the ECE department of the institution aims primarily at excellence not only in theoretical but also in experimental research in Embedded Systems, Signal Processing, VLSI Design, Communications, RF & Microwave, Antennas, etc.Placement record is also good.
EFFTRONICS,Amazon,Virtusa,NTT data,Wipro...and many more top companies visiting the college campus for recruitment.
And if we see,in placement point of view,
it is also depends on individuals knowledge and skills regarding that branch.
But....Overall record of the college is actually good for ECE department!!!
Hope this helps
