Last year the cut off rank for BHU PET political science for genrage Category students was 251 and for OBC category rank it was 119 rank. Given your rank of 351 in general category and 157 rank in OBC category, you do have a chance to get admission

The non-refundable registration fee of INR 1,000 will be charged from all unreserved candidates. For OBC/ST/SC candidates it's INR 500. This is the fees for the candidates who are willing to participate in All India quota counselling and central University counselling.
