As per last year cutoff, selection was made upto rank 246 under general category since you have secured such good rank there are high chances of getting college. But it will ve difficult to tell exact chances as cutoff changes every year. BHU will release the cutoff rank

You can get into BA in political science because you are from science background.The person who has completed 10+2 exam in arts stream is only eligibile for the course.
