But, as per your interest in subjects such as geography and political science Bachelor Of Arts would be the most suitable course for you.

Qualified candidates will have to report for counselling and the preference for course/branch/subject etc.
You can wait for the University to release the cutoff to know about your chances
To be eligible for B.Tech in Civil Engineering, PCM subjects are mandatory to have in 12th and as per your above said subjects you cannot apply for engineering entrances.
