Hello,

It seems that your question is a bit incomplete, can you please specify the college name from which you want to pursue BA in Political Science?
So that I can check if that college offers Bachelor's of Arts in Political Science.

Hope this helps, all the best.

I want to persue my career in Economics but I dont have maths. Can you guys tell me that is it possible for me to study economics in future. My other subjects are History, Geography,Pol Sci and English

Moumoyee Chakraborty 28th Aug, 2021

Warm wishes for all the success you made till date. Though we must admit that Mathematics is an integral part of Economics but you still still pursue your studies in Economics without having Maths as a subject in 10+2. There are few organization which offer B.A degree in Economics even if you don't have maths. Some of them are

Symbiosis School of Economics

Indian School of Business and Finance

Amity University Noida

Manav Rachna International University etc.

So don't loose hope, go ahead and have a great success !!!

Inhave 96% in 12th and am getting admission in Political Science in South Campus. How can I apply for North Campus colleges like Miranda House or Indraprastha also, in cas they have seats available in the second list?

mrinalini048 5th Oct, 2021

Hey Bhavna!

In case you apply for a particular college and course in the first cut off of University of Delhi(DU) and you wish to take another college in the second cut off then you can do so by cancelling the admission in the college in which you had applied in the first cut off and then you can head off to take admission in the second cut off in the college and course of your choice. It should be noted that in one cut off, applicant can take admission in one college only. Make sure that in the second cut off you are meeting the eligibility criteria and cut off for the college you wish to seek admission in because once you cancel the admission from the first cut off, there is no going back. So, be attentive and check the eligibility criteria and cut off thoroughly and then only proceed to cancel the college from the first cut off.

Hope it helps!

my best four is 97 (include one language) other side if i calculate political science in its 96.75 ! is any change to get admission in BA politicale in first list in any colleauge ? will its caluclate 96.75%.i didnt mentioned EWS catagory in my resgistration form, Can i add now?

mrinalini048 5th Oct, 2021

Hey Anil!

If you hadn't added EWS in your category while filling up the applicatiom form then, you won't be able to do it now. If you had applied as general category student, you will have to continue with the same category in the admission process.

As per your percentage, colleges have released their first cut off lists. Although in top north campus colleges the percentage for Political Science honours is around 99 and 100. Ramanujan College has set it's first cut off for B.A.(H) Political Science as 97% for unreserved category but since you have 96.75 you cannot enrol in this cut off but maybe in the next cut off. Deshbandhu college has set it's first cut off for political science honours as 96%. Aryabhatta college has also set 96% for the same course. Janki Devi Memorial College has also set up 96%. You can check the percentage of various DU colleges for Political Science(Hons.) and other courses through the link provided below.
