Hi,
Dear Candidate,
Samanta Chandra Sekhara Autonomous College, Puri or S.C.S College accepts online application for admission. The steps to apply online on the official website are given below:-
Talking about the Political Science stream in S.C.S College then there are only 96 seats for B.A in Political Science and the cut off is decided on merit basis i.e on basis of 10th and 12th marks. Rest of procedure is completely private to the college authorities.
Thankyou
For taking admissions in M.A Political Science, The minimum eligibility criteria is candidates must have completed a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline under 10+2+3 education pattern with at least 50 per cent marks in aggregate of Social Sciences subjects and at least 55 per cent marks aggregate of Science & Technology subjects.
Good luck!
Hey
Your best of four is pretty good. But this year, there is a huge rise in the cut offs especially for popular courses including Political science. Since, you are from OBC category and looking for college in North campus, then estimation can be made that you may get a college here in closing cut offs.
It's better you secure a seat in other college so that when further cut offs are released, you can change college as per your preference.
You can predict colleges here -

Thanks and good luck
hey,
no , no any entrance exam will be conducted for the admission in M.A political science , admission will be done on the basis of marks in the qualifying examination , university releases its own merit list based on under graduate course marks, the basic eligibility criteria for the same is candidate must have completed their bachelor degree in any relevant discipline from any recognized university.
hope this helps!
95.62% is a good score under OBC category for getting admission in Delhi University. Since political science is one of the most popular course, therefore the cut offs for this course generally remain high. But don't worry as further cut offs are released you may get chance to secure a seat in North campus itself.
However, for a safe side you should always secure a seat in a college that matches your eligibility criteria for getting admission. After North campus, if you want to look for colleges, you can choose Sri Venkateshwara College or Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma College.
You can secure a seat in one of this college easily as further cut offs are released. Once you are done you can also change your college as per your interest and preference.
Thanks
