Both books ie Oswal and Arihant publication are good.But if you have to choose between two then go for Arihant publication.This book is structured in wonderful way.It  also include all type of questions regarding to exam point of view.These are also among best sellers.

Yes, you can pursue MA in psychology from IGNOU because its eligibility criteria states passed Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university,there is no restriction in terms of being subject specific for this nor minimum aggregate requirement as such, the course is for a duration of two years and course fee is Rs 18000. If you're enquiring regarding staff selection commission exam combined graduate level, then yes after graduation you'll be eligible to apply for the same, there are certain posts which have specific criteria of having maths at 10+2 level or having statistics as one of the subject in graduation, other than this you can apply for all those posts for which eligibility criteria is passed bachelor's degree in any discipline, as of now new education policy is yet to be implemented, and you must be aware that from next year onwards there will be common cet exam for government jobs such as SSC, IBPS, RRB etc, hence we should wait for the official notification regarding this so that we can get  full clarity on the matter.
