TS Polycet 2020 is conducted out of 120 marks and the minimum marks required to qualify the exam is 36/120 and it varies according to the categories. The cut off rank also varies according to the candidates category. Since you haven't specified your category I am assuming you are from general category . The last cut off rank for general category for the year 2019 for agriculture diploma was 46843.

White ration card is enough for claiming tuition fee reimbursement instead of income certificate. Also while document verification of AP POLYCET Counselling, it is also mentioned that the candidate, if is economically backward, then he/she can bring the income certificate or white ration card so as to claim tuition fee reimbursement.
