You don't have any chances of getting seat in government polytechnics according to your rank. Because your rank is too high. In some rare to rare cases you may get seat in government polytechnics. Better to choose a best college from private polytechnics in Telangana. Choose a best course which has demand. Because choosing appropriate course will define your future. My suggestion is to choose CSE and ECE.

Shift 1 means College is from 8AM to 2PM and Shift 2 means from 12PM to 6PM.

So based on your rank you can get a seat in above mentioned categories at GOVT POLYTECHNIC MASAB TANK.

Yes , you can do CSE in Hyderabad there are so many college's is Hyderabad including government and private. If you are nervous of not getting government college in Hyderabad then try for the private college's at your rank you can find a good polytechnic college for CSE.
