As you got 5153 rank in POLYCET 2022, Yes you will get seat in masab tank in CSE branch as you belong from SC category. The masab tank college take admission of the candidates who will lie between the range of rank of 1000-7000 and you got 5153 rank than you definitely get seat in CSE branch. But for CSE branch it is difficult to get seat in government college but you get seat in private college other than CSE you get seat in some other branches in Some colleges are enlisted below on the basis of your rank :-

well i am not sure , but you may not get seat with this rank . if you want , you may go through management quota . may be you can get seat in private colleges that too based on branch you whose. according to last year statistics many colleges given seats under 85000 ranks.
