If you are enquiring about TS POLYCET Counselling then yes, you can apply for second phase TS POLYCET counselling. The registration for first phase counselling started from July 18, 2022 and the last date to register is July 22, 2022. If you have class 10th short memo then you may provide it at the time of document verification in first phase counselling and when you report at the allotted institute then you may provide class 10th certificate for verification. If you do not have short memo then you can register for TS POLYCET second phase counselling on August 1, 2022. Candidates who haven't registered and attended the document verification in the first counseling can register for second phase counselling.

based on your rank there is a less chance to get seat in govt. polytechnic college, Warangal. seats are allotted to students based on the rank and by the category. there is chance to you to get seat in computer science in govt. polytechnic college Nizamabad. you may get in Warangal but there is a less chance. you can get seat in any other top govt. polytechnic colleges in Telangana.

Yes, you can appear for POLYCET Entrance Examination even if you are in Intermediate. You haven't mentioned if you are enquiring about AP POLYCET or TS POLYCET. Based on the information available on your profile we consider that you belong to Andhra Pradesh. If you are enquiring about AP POLYCET then the eligibility criteria is as follows

• Candidate must be a citizen of India
• Candidate must belong to the State of Andhra Pradesh
• Candidate must have passed S.S.C. Examination or its equivalent with Mathematics as one of the subjects, and obtained at least 35% marks in the qualifying examination.
• Candidate who have passed class 10th from NIOS/ APOSS/ CBSE/ ICSE/ OTHER Examinations recognized as equivalent to SSC by A.P. Govt must have passed in all subjects including Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, with minimum of 35% Marks in each subject.
• There is no age restriction for appearing for POLYCET-2022. However for maximum eligible age for obtaining a scholarship is applicable.

For any entrance exam , there  is a particular syllabus from which the entrance exam will come. See, if the syllabus is reduced or deleted then there is no sense for studying the deleted part because it will ultimately waste your time and energy.

Rather than studying the deleted part you must prepare what is there in syllabus and make sure to complete it with a good knowledge.
