PUCET is a state based exam so there will not be any centres outside the state that is the rule with most state exams. You may have to chose a specific date for PUCET such that it doesn't clash with the date of your advance that's all i can say.

Yes, pondicherry university is a well reputed college and mechanical engineering is one of its top most branches hence it is advisable to take up the course. A lot of training classes are being held. In summercommunication classes organised which were followed by the interview. aptitude classes are held, and students are getting trained, The infrastructure is simply superb. The Wi-Fi facility was good with a well-equipped library, and also, dispensary facility. Classrooms are of free space with a good desk and electrical components. Sports and games are given special guidance to improve them in all departments. every teacher is with a minimum of 10 years experience.
