Work Experience carries the major portion of your aggregate score. The final merit list is based on the aggregate score of the candidates which comprises of academic performance, work experience, Group Activity, Personal Interview along with written test score.

Though you have more percentile than the required cut off, the work experience may hinder your selection into Welingkar, Mumbai. You can try other B-Schools where Work experience is not included for the selection process.

Now if your application will be eligible to be part of the second round process of GD and interview then you will be informed about it through an email and the process will be conducted on 17th/18th February in Mumbai and Bengaluru while on 23rd/24th Feb in Delhi.
