Yes surely you can get it attested by the Gazetted Officer or the Principle of the qualifying exam college. You can get your photograph attested from any of the aforementioned however I will advise you to carry non attested photographs (the same in number as the attested photographs)too.

The documents required for KCET verification are:
KCET 2020 application form printout
Proof of application fee payment
Admit card of KCET 2020
Score card of SSLC/10th Standard
Score card of 2nd PUC/12th Standard
Two recent passport size photographs
Study Certificate Counter signed by the concerned BEO/DDPI
It's not mentioned whether to take colored or Black and wait printout of score card of 2nd PUC/12th Standard. So you can take any print i will suggest you to take colored for better clarity.
In this regard I would recommend you to directly contact with the administration. They will surely guide you. Please contact with your principal regarding the issue. Don't worry they will surely help you.

You can get online filled application form attested by your college's Principal or even a Gazetted Officer attestation is accepted. So, you can get whichever is convenient to you. You need to submit the online filled application form to the invigilator on the day on exam and you must affix your passport passport photo.
