In case of engineering line, you have to clear the entrance before taking admission into a college or if you are that able to go through management quota then you can choose some of the private colleges like vit vellore, srm university,ms ramaiah, bms Bangalore and other ones to discuss about the management quota fees and then confirm your enrollment.

For taking the Barch course in the second year in Mumbai University after continuing 1st year in another University is not possible if the course he was doing is the same with the second year of Mumbai University. But according to UGC rules candidates should start and take admission from the first year of B.arch courses in Mumbai University although he was continuing study in the first year of another college.

First of all year to get the transfer certificate from your private University,
Confirm the college and availability of seats that you are going to enroll.
Have to get an approval from the authority of your new University.
Collect all the certificate from your private University,
You have to get the migration certificate from your private University
After you follow the admission process of your new University to submit all the certificates and documents and collect an allotment letter for to continue your class in new University that is Bangalore University.
