Production Engineering
Hello There ,
You should choose the branch based on many factors , like firstly do you like that branch . Secondly see the college which you're getting . Are you comfortable to go to that college at that particular place ? . You should analyize all these factors and then decide the college and branch .
Production and Civil have better career options than textile , still if you like textile then you can choose whichever one you plan to grow your career after passing out .
Moreover see the colleges , the Nit Jalandhar and Agartala are better established , so you need to think about that also , as better established colleges have better alumni network .
So choose wisely As you will need to plan your career in the branch which you have interest in , and in which you have good reach .
Hope it Helps and All the Best for Future Endeavors .

Dear students
Both production engineering at Nit Trichy And ECE at Nit Agartala, are god options. but at the end you just need to chose one. According to me Brand of a college is more important if you are not more specific in a particular field. But if you have a interest in a particular field then you need to give it priority. But according to you question i feel that you nor not specific to a particular branch. So i would suggest you to take production engineering at NIT Trichy.

Hi Saijith,
Yes, Production Engineering is a useful course for a better career. This unique branch of engineering takes a balanced approach between manufacturing technology and management science. It deals with integrated design and efficient planning of the entire manufacturing system, which is becoming increasingly complex with the emergence of sophisticated production methods and control systems.
You can be employed by manufacturing industries, automobile industries, management consultancies, construction industries, jewellery industries, refining industries, and service industries after doing this course. The top recruiters are National Thermal Power Corporation, Indraprastha Gas Limited, Aditya Birla, Cairn India, Larsen & Toubro, Reliance Industries and Sterlite Industries.

Good Luck!
Hello student. Both of them are different set of branches. EEE deals with elctricals and etc. Where as production engineering deals with machines and all. So, find your intrest first. Which one are you more intrested in.
Even though physics is the common subject in these both, there are different fields in both of them. In the case of answer to your question, I would suggest eee because there is a higher scope and better opportunities. Production engineering is still a developing field in our country. So there are lesser opportunities here.
Hello bmkdskrosi640 , The cutoff for tnea 2020 is not mention by the college but if we take average of some previous year rank than it is about 6000 to 7000 in production engineering and for industrial biotechnology is about same as production engineering 6000-7000 but for accurate information please wait some time.
hope it will be helpful for you :)
Hello bmkdskrosi640 , Both the streams are equally good and it depends upon your interests and passion what you want to pursue. As far as placement is concerned, Production Engineering is great option in present while Industrial Biotechnology has brighter future.
And if we talk about the courses in GCT college than both are good so take course on the basis of your interest because placement and all are equal in that college.
Hope it will be helpful for you :)
