I'm not sure of the exam that you are talking about. It might be anything, but one point to keep in mind is that PSG college of technology doesnot offer courses based on the marks scored in exams like jee main or advanced. To procure a seat there, one must have applied for the TNEA counselling and a cut of of something which is not less than 197 would be required to fetch you a seat there, since your category is general.

As I can see you have got 17451 rank in tnea and your community rank for BC is 10410. As per my knowledge it's tough to get admission there with these marks. These marks are not enough to get admission there. You cannot get CS or ece or it from psg. Psg is very deemed college and your score are not enough.

Hostel fes for PSG college is 81.5k for four males students in a room per year.And for female it is 70k-1.1lakh depending on choice of 3 bedded or 4 bedded room.And tutition fees for B.tech is approx 3 lakh for four years ,where it is 72,855 per year.For M.tech it is 1,70,180 for 2 years.And 91,200 for B.Sc for 3 years.I hope it helped.

PSG college in Coimbatore, is offered by Anna University and approved by AICTE. In the branch of Mechanical Engineering, there are 120 seats. This is for normal Mechanical Engineering. PSG also offers a special branch of Mechanical Engineering called Mechanical Engineering Sandwich which extends for 5 years. This branch has 60 seats. All these seats are filled through Anna University counselling. 

The fee structure for Mechanical Engineering in PSG college is,

Mechanical Engineering - 4 years - 120 seats - 86.52K 

Mechanical Engineering Sandwich - 5 years - 60 seats - 2.95 Lakhs

Management quota seats  for BE depends on institute to institute and even the branch you want to pursue. It's highest for computer science and engineering branch and for other branches it's slightly low. And actually the management quota seats fee are double or triple the actual tution fee of the institute .
