Placement of this college is very good. A lot of companies are coming like Infosys, Wipro, Analytics quotient, TCS, LNT, etc. Last year 322 students selected in Infosys and in that 270 students were from CSE branch itself. 100% placement is there in the MBA department.

UIET - 

Day by day the placement level and job opportunities are increasing in this college. Everyone who are qualified all the semester are eligible to take part in placement and more than 90% are placed , so the only thing is that you have to earn knowledge and get placed through our college.

Hi Candidate! Both are the private college. Firstly talk about placements, the placement of psit is very good from previous years. The large masses of students are placed in Infosys, and there are many companies like TCS, Wipro, L&T ...these are few names. And this year psit makes a record of 322 students placed in Infosys. And some students have packages of 8 lakh per year. Now, we talk about other facilities, psit provides you many opportunities to enhance their skills. They provide the best training to make overall personality of students. And there are many faculties who always ready to help the students.

I want to tell you that PSIT is a private collage and no such eligibility required to get cse in PSIT Kanpur.You can easily get admission into it through management quota or you will get CSE in PSIT through uptu.

Well , you can join PSIT through any of the  ways , either through UPSEE or through management quota. You can get through UPSEE if you meet the UPSEE cutoffs of this college and you can get through management quota if you have a good percentage in 10th and 12th.

The fees for management quota is usually higher.

The fee through UPSEE for CSE is around 90000 INR only. Placement percentage is 70-80% . The average package offered is 3-4 lacs. You can live a good and exciting campus life here as the rules aee not so strict. Faculty for CSE is also helpful and experienced.

You have asked about placement, that is why, first I'd like to you tell you that the difference is almost reaching the bare minimal as the two colleges are exactly like each other in terms of teaching and faculty. You can contact a teacher from psit coe when you are in psit and a teacher from psit when you are in psit coe if required.

NIT Mizoram - More than 80% eligible students placed in companies. The highest package is 17.9lacs, which is secured by CSE department student in BPCL company. Here every year about 5 students go for foreign internship. One of the alumni is working in Microsoft. And now many companies come every year.

PSIT Kanpur - Mostly everyone in B.Tech gets placed within the first week of placement drive. Salary packages offered varies from 3.5 LPA to 10 LPA. Infosys is the day one recruiter and hires approximately 300 students. Companies like TCS, IBM, etc., are among other recruiters.

After all it's your decision to make according to your easiness as both the colleges are decent.

Hello Arunesh, you seemed confused between SRMCEM Lucknow and PSIT Kanpur. Acording to me you should go for PSIT Kanpur, as I have friends who have just cleared there UPSEE test and as per majority of them they prefer PSIT kanpur. It has a vast campus and faculty of PSIT is quite famous outside college. Goodluck.

Hi Candidate! There is no difference between psit and pit College of engineering. It is just having sepearte buildings of psit and psitcoe. When the seats are full in psit then the remaining students are filled in psit coe. There is nothing like any of the college have more facilities or good faculties. Both are the same. And after 6th sem the training of students of both of the colleges are going simultaneously and during Placements also students of psit and psitcoe have equal opportunity. So choose any college.
