SO with regard to your query, YES absolutely you can do MD in Psychiatry after completion of BDS course. As per eligibility of the MD in Psychiatry course, one must have completed their under graduation in MBBS, or MDS or BHMS or DMS. However you need to score 50% of aggregate marks in your under graduation to be eligible for the course.

Diplom in psychiatry Medicine is a 2 year PG course . Admission for this course Vary among colleges. In some colleges admission took on the basis of Entrance exam and in some colleges admission taken on the basis of MBBS marks.
