Hi, You have not mentioned your qualification. Psychology is the trending field and there are broad career horizons as well. You can take psychology in your graduation as well as in masters. There are mainly 3 fields namely counselling psychology, clinical psychology and organisational psychology. You can choose the one as per your interest. There are many institutes in India providing course in Psychology. They are:
1.Delhi University
2. Presidency College
3. Sophia College for Women
4. Christ university
5. University of Calcutta

Hello I wanted to ask about the courses in Psychology mainly (clinical psychology) and if u can accept the migration certificate

Yes, they do accept the migration certificate if -

Migration Certificate in original within 60 days from the date of admission must be submitted, failing which the admission of the student is liable to be cancelled.

According to me you should pursue your master in clinical or counseling Psychology.Because till by that time your expertise , knowledge , skills and understanding will be more clear towards psychology.

Or you check the options or your interest in final year of graduation.
