Yes you can prepare for UPSC side by side while doing Psychology honours It would be beneficial for you.You can take psychology as a  optionalsubject in UPSC. It is of 250 marks paper. If you score good in optional.

The eligibility criteria for B.A. (Hons.) in Psychology from LSR College is that candidates need to have passed 10+2 ( one language and three elective subjects ; need not be psychology) with a minimum of 45% . So, yes, you can do Psychology Honours!
