To crack the gate exam you should study sincerely. As this is a prestigious exam the questions asked in the exam are of higher level.

You should first throughly read the syllabus and previous year's question papers and then plan your study accordingly.

As of now, as they are "medical" institutes they don't provide courses for clinical psychology. They do have posts/ vacancies open for Clinical psychologists who have studied experimental psychology as a part of their curriculum. As for you doing Eng hons. is not a big deal if you have
