yes,there are some universities will offer undergraduate program for the indian students.but most of the universitites all over the world are ready to offer master's degree for the international students.

the duration of bachelor's degree will vary with different countries(3 or 4 years),the universities in US ,UK

Dear Samiya, you haven't mentioned your highest qualification. If you have completed your 10+2, there are Institutions which conduct admissions into B.A or B.Sc Psychology based on your 10+2 qualification. However, if you hold a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, there are few Open Universities that allow you to pursue M.A
