Sorry to say but chances are little bit low because it depends on which branch he want to Choose. If you can specify the rank more accurate can be predicted. For getting into nits yor rank 5372 in home quta in basic branches.

You don't have to worry for the signature you have done in the puc marks and kcet form it will not affect anything.

But make sure in future you have to put same sign in every form because if you enter in college you have to make sure

As per your ranking it's difficult to get seat as you haven't mentioned your category r any other quota in agriculture by previous years ranking cut off.

I hope you are doing well ,you have not mentioned College for which are you enquiring fees about , however here i am telling you average fees ,fees of bca may range between Rs 70,000 to 2 lakh ,this may  vary institute to institute.
