Puducherry
Hi Balachandar, 676 is below an all India Rank of 300. JIPMER will conduct it's admission through all India quota. And so even if you hold the domicile of Tamil Nadu. JIPMER has 150 seats in puducherry. Yes, in southern states it seems to be competitive. These things aside, JIPMER is a sure shot with your score under the general category.
Hi Balachandar, to get seat in the jipmer puducherry this is the marks you have to score about 600 to 610 for general category. As per the trends, the minimum percentile of about 50 percentage. When compared to the neet ,jipmer is a tough entrance exam and their marks are changed year by year for every category.
Dear Student
I would acknowledge that you can qualify but on a condition, you should belong to the home state, because there are huge differences in the cutoffs. The cutoffs for the previous year, for all India were at about 4500 while home state cutoffs were at 20000. Check the link down below for a detailed elaboration of the cutoffs.

I believe you should prefer IIIT Kanchipiram CSE over NIT Puducherry CSE, when decided on basis of Employer Outlook, Placements or Infrastructure and Faculty.
IIITDM K is one of the few new institutes in South India rising steadily in fields of Information Technology. Being Located near IT Hubs at Chennai, further adds an advantage in training and placement prospects. In the previous season itself more than 85% students were placed with highest package at 55 LPA. More than 55 Companies including TVS, L&T Infotech, Saint Gobain, IBM, TCS and Infosys visited the campus with median pay lying between 8-9 LPA.

Nit Warangal > Iiit kanchipuram > nit puducherry
While in courses it will be ece >eee > biotechnology
But when going with ur specifications and viewing average package, the order will be:
1.iiit kanchipuram ece

And it solely depends on your passion for that subject too!

From this year the admissions to JIPMER is carried out through NEET exam. A prediction is not possible since we have no previous data. This is the first time that the admissions to JIPMER is carried through NEET. However in previous years general candidates who scored more than 50% in JIPMER exam had higher chances in getting admissions in the institute . So scoring more than 50% increase your chances.
