JIPMER will conduct admission to its seats based on NEET score under All India Counselling which means domicile rules do not apply. With this rank it would be difficult to get JIPMER Puducherry campus but you can try for Karaikal.

AIIMS Bhubaneswar might be difficult but you can expect AIIMS Patna, Bhopal, Raipur.

According to the information provided by you your Overall Percentile is: 99.79 - 100 and your Predicted Rank is: 68 - 98. With these rank  and marks you have high chances to get admission in JIPMER is very very high ,as some of the students will opt for AIIMS, MAMC  and VMMC as well
