Earlier JIPMER was conducting it's own entrance test. However your marks are pretty good so you might get the seat in it but still we cannot predict exactly until and unless cut-offs for this year are released.

If you belong to OBC-CL then you come under general category. In 2019 a candidate belonging to general category from other state with rank 15164 secured seat in NIT, Puducherry in Computer Science Engineering.
