• Diploma- 1 year agriculture / horticulture
• Any person desiring to manufacture or to sell, stock or exhibit for sale or distribute any insecticide, or to undertake commercial pest control operations with the use of any insecticide is eligible to make an application to the licensing officer for the grant of a license.

Requirement documents :

• Original challan for the prescribed amount
• PAN card
• Passport photo
• Self qualification certificate or other's qualification certificate with concern letter
• Trade license
• Tax receipt
• Porcha/deed
• Agreement deed
• NOC certificate (if applicable)
• Partnership deed( in case of partnership firm)
• CIN (In case of company)
• ID proof
• Address proof
• Adhar card
• GST details as required
• LIST of board of director (in case of company)
• Cash memo of protective cloth & respiratory protection
• Receipt of challan ( challan must be made before online application. Received challan is not refundable)

I see that your state rank according to the merit list of Punjab for NEET UG 2021 state counselling is 429. According to the list your marks in NEET 2021 examination are 595 with an AIR of 21,036 .

Certainly yes, if you have a residence proof of Punjab it makes you eligible for Punjab state counselling and if you have completed your secondary education from Delhi it makes you eligible for Delhi state counselling as well. You will have to choose which state counselling do you want to apply for.
