Hello. NEET All India Counselling is only for courses such as MBBS, BAMS, BHMS, and BDS. To get into Bachelor of Physiotherapy course, you do not need to give NEET exam, it is solely on the basis of marks and percentage scored in Class 12 board exams. The candidate, however, should have biology, physics and chemistry as compulsory subjects with 50% and above combined percentage in the three subjects. For admission in colleges in states you mentioned, you need to apply in those colleges and give an entrance exam, if there is any.
For Delhi, you need to give Delhi University Entrance Test for BPT (DUET BPT) which is a 2 hour long online exam and KCET for colleges in Karnataka.
