Each state has it's own merit list for NEET.
The counselling body for Punjab is B. Faridkot University of Health Services, Punjab.
No. Of seats available: 760 MD/MS/PG Diploma seats & 110 MDS seats
Through Punjab PG medical admission, almost 759 MD/MS and 109 MDS seats will be filled under 50% state quota, whereas, the remaining 50% seats from all the government colleges will be reserved for All India Quota ( AIQ ) seats.
Eligibility criteria for NEET PG Punjab:
1. Candidates must be a native of Punjab state.
2. Candidates must have scored the minimum percentile score in NEET PG.
3.It is important for candidates to make it to the merit list to participate in Punjab NEET Counselling for PG Medical Courses.
4. Candidates must hold an MBBS degree from the state.

Here you didn't mention entrance exam name but as a ll candidates seeking admission in MBBS/BDS courses must be included in the merit list of Punjab NEET. These rank lists consist of students who have successfully registered for the state’s admission process.

The Sikh Minority Certificate is provided by Delhi Sikh Gurudwara Management Committee, New Delhi. So if it is possible, you visit the authorities over there and get it made.
Apart from it you can also get the certificate made online from the official website of the Delhi Sikh Gurudwara Management Committee. You will have to provide certain documents for that and following are the documents that you have to produce for obtaining the certificate -
• 2 coloured passport size photographs of candidate (for male candidates, photographs in Turban is mandatory)
• Self attested copy of Aadhar Card (both sides) of candidate is mandatory.
• Self attested Matriculation certificate of candidate (In case of school admission, Birth certificate is required instead of Matriculation certificate)
• 1 coloured passport size photograph of Father with turban.
• Self attested copy of Aadhar Card (both sides) of Father.
