You've qualified neet but for AIQ seats you need to score more.
So I would say NO!!!
The reason is the AIQ seat cutoff is much higher for MBBS it's like above 550 to 600 for government colleges. The private college cutoff is also above 500.
You can try state quota seats for private or management quota seats if you want MBBS.
You can also try for bams, bhms or other ayush courses in your state.

Government quota are for those candidates who are eligible for Punjab NEET counselling. Management quota means you have to pay the total fees that is donation fees to the college but for merit students like if someone is selected through government quota, the government will pay fees to the college. But there is no difference once, you get admitted to the college.
In management quota there is no fee concession for SC students. So, everyone general and sc students has to pay the same fees.
Yes, there are various scholarships for sc medical students.

3. Post Matric scholarship for sc students
You have a manageable score on NEET UG 2021, based it as you a UR category under the state quota you can have some of the dental college that are the listed below,

HARYANA: The domicile criteria for NEET in Haryana states that the candidate must be a bonafide resident of the state of Haryana, which means the candidate should have resided there for a minimum of 10 years and should have studied under any board, CBSE, HBSE, AICSE or Open Haryana Board.
