Shrejal 19th Aug, 2021

Hello student, with this percentile you rank is between 190861 - 214556. It seems difficult to secure a seat in government college in CSE branch. But still you may switch to some other branch and take admission in it.

I am expecting 530 marks in neet 2021..can i get admission in medical college in punjab???

pdwords Student Expert 24th Sep, 2021
Hello,

You haven't mentioned your category, hence assuming it to be general, if we go through 2019 state cut-offs for UR then 518 marks secured a seat in Guru Gobind Singh Medical College and Hospital,(Faridkot), and 523 marks secured a seat in Government Medical College,( Amritsar), hence based purely on previous year data you may have chances regarding this, however cut-offs are subjected to change every year based on various factors such as
  • seat matrix
  • difficulty level of the paper
  • reservation
  • total number of candidates appearing for the examination etc,

can I get any govt college of karnataka if I m scoring around 480-500 in neet 2021 through AIQ general category

Aniqa zena 23rd Sep, 2021
Hello aspirant,
I hope that you are doing well. It is difficult to get government seat in karnatak through AIQ in these marks. From past few year survey you need to score 580+ to get the government seat through AIQ quota. You can try for semi government seat through state quota only if you have the domicile of that state or else you have done your 10th or 12th from that state.
Hope that this information will help you and have a bright future ahead.

I am studying in Mumbai after my 12th I will do jee mains exam in Punjab . so what the next step I should do to get scholarship in lovely professional University and admission in it?

Arshiya Singh 8th Mar, 2022

There is a lot of advantages of appearing for LPU- NEST, including attractive scholarship. I would advise you to apply for LPU NEST, it's much easier that way plus it has more scholarship chances but without it also you can take the admission. Admission procedure is very simple in college.

i hav got 591 marks in neet2021what r the chances of getting govt college in punjab nd in india

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 19th Sep, 2021

Hi

I am  assuming  you from general category

Your profile suggest that your domicile state is punjab

It's quite difficult to predict because cut off  depends upon various factors like

------------) number of students that appeared in the neet exam,

------------) kind of marks obtained by them ,

------------)  toughness level of the neet examination

------------)  number of seats available etc

But yes, we go through previous data then

>>>>> with your 591 marks

For mbbs you have chances in following government colleges which are listed below with neet 2019 cut off under state quota for sc category:-

  • Government Medical College, Amritsar:- 523  marks

  • Government Medical College, Patiala:- 537 marks

  • Guru Gobind Singh Medical College and Hospital, Faridkot:- 518 marks

You can check the same at

https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-punjab

For govt mbbs colleges under all india quota, chances are low

Above prediction is on the basis of past year data but  cutoff keeps changing every year depending upon many factors as mentioned earlier, so to have a clear picture of the colleges in which you have chances and

to get the complete list of colleges in which you have chances, you can go through our college predictor at

my neet 2021 marks 615 and i desire to get seat for mbbs in punjab through all india quota...and m from gen category..is this possible.?

rajeevanand843 15th Sep, 2021

Hello aspirant

Last year through all india quota last college allotted from Punjab State was GGS, FARIDKOT for which cut off marks for Gen category candidate was AIR 8876 and 629 marks.

So if the ranks improve this year and it stay below 8-8.5k at your expected marks then you will have high chance of getting punjab govt college through All india quota seats.

Use NEET UG college predictor tool to know your other admission possibilities for MBBS, BDS & Ayush courses.

hi,iobtained 501 in neet 21 ,general category,Can I get govt quota seat in Punjab or All India

riteshkandpal499 14th Sep, 2021
Hello aspirant
Hope you are doing well
It is difficult to predict the cut off marks or ranks but according to previous year trends your expected rank would lie between 45023-51086 but it may vary every year depending on the following factors
1. Level of question paper
2. Total no of candidates
3. Category of candidate
4. Total no of seats
5. Marks obtained by students
Here is the link for the expected marks vs ranks
https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-result-marks-vs-rank
As you have not mentioned your category so assuming that are from general category so according to the 2019 cut off for various government colleges in punjab were as follows
1.Government Medical College, Amritsar - 523marks
2.Government Medical College, Patiala - 537 marks
3.Guru Gobind Singh Medical College and Hospital, Faridkot - 518 marks
So from this trend you don't have a chance to get seat in government college but you can get private medical colleges
Below is the link for the previous year cut off marks

Further you can use college predictor tool to know about the colleges you can get
