Hi
It's quite difficult to predict because cut off depends upon various factors like
------------) number of students that appeared in the neet exam,
------------) kind of marks obtained by them ,
------------) toughness level of the neet examination
------------) number of seats available etc
But yes, we go through previous data then you have chances in following government colleges which are listed below with neet 2019 cut off under state quota:-
Government Medical College, Amritsar:- 523 marks
Government Medical College, Patiala:- 517 marks
Guru Gobind Singh Medical College and Hospital, Faridkot:- 518 marks
You can check the same at

Under all India quota, chances for government colleges is low with your marks.

Hi aspirant,
It is surely possible that a candidate can be eligible for 85% home qouta from multiple States/territories provided that he or she fulfills any of the basic eligibility criterias. One of the major point includes that he/she has completed secondary and higher secondary education from a public/private school recognised by the state government. The other one is that he/she must be a native resident of the state. Though you have an option to get the benefits from both the places, but you will have to choose one during the counselling procedure. To get more details about the state wise eligibility criterias or domicile rules visit https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-domicile-criteria/amp

The answer is no. You need to complete your 10th and 12th from the same state, that is from MADHYA PRADESH for being eligible to get admission in state quota.
Every state has this rule that the candidate must complete his/her 10th and 12th from the state to be eligible to get admission in state quota. Also he/she must have a domicile of the same state.
If you want to study in MP, you can apply in 15 % ALL INDIA QUOTA in your category. You may get the government seat in your desired college.
ALL THE BEST
HOPE IT HELPS.
