As per your query wherever the Central University/Institute is situated Central Institute Internal quota is reserved for students in a particular state.
The 85% Private Colleges and State Quota are filled by the respective State Authorities.15% of All India Quota Seats are available except for Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh.
There is no internal pg quota available in Punjab Government Medical Colleges.
There are only 4 medical colleges in Punjab.

BC stands for Backward classes and OBC stands for other Backward classes. The only difference between the is them lies in terms of position and facilities of Education and jobs. You don't have to worry regarding such short term, they generally avoid O because either for typing purpose or because of the fact that BC itself means backward classes includes all the classes which are backward. So both are same thing.
You will be getting benefits or reservations which are given to BC or OBC category from government.
