Delhi University is the best Public University for Undergraduate Education in India having excellent faculty, infrastructure, employer outlook, alumini base & curriculum besides providing effective education. You must prefer Panjab University for B.Sc., perhaps if you dont get a seat at DU, which is too a good University best in Punjab, though has a somewhat weaker Employer Outlook, Diversity and Campus Culture than Delhi University.
