Well if you have the domicile of Telangana state then you will be eligible for state quota counseling in Telangana state only. You can participate in counseling for state quota government seats for medical colleges.

No, there is no such State Quota Seats in KMC Manipal. As it is a Private College hence only Merit Based admission is being done.

You just need 20k-25k rank in your NEET and you can get admission in KMC Manipal.
