See railway jobs are for 10+2 or graduates. Now there are no such specifications for most RRB examination except the JE examination. For JE examination you must have a Diploma in Engineering or BTech degree but for all the remaining you must have a graduate degree and it doesn't matter what subject it is.
** For Railways JOB you have to prepare it separately.

Hi
I am assuming that you belong to OBC category but you further wants to know that whether you belong to OBC NCL i. e non creamy layer or OBC CL i. e creamy layer.
Actually,
The division of OBC category further into 2 categories is on the basis of income or economic status :-
OBC NCL i. e OBC non creamy layer :- if the family income is less than 8 lakh per annum.
OBC CL i. e OBC creamy layer :- if the family income is more than 8 lakh per annum
So,
On the basis of income you will fall under OBC NCL as your family income is 3.5 lacs per annum i. e less than 8 lacs per annum
