Your percentile is 81.10 but you belongs to SC category. So there may be a chance that you will get seat in electrical engineering in Rajasthan technical university (RTU).

1. JEE Mains rank-

which can easily get you admission in RTU

2. REAP counseling form-

If you fill this form, not only it would help you for RTU but it will

RTU KOta is technical University of rajasthan. 

Students from CBSE or any affiliated board can apply... 

Cutoff is not too much matter... 

There are various colleges give direct admission affiliated to RTU, KOta......

If you are getting admission for engineering then it's better to  drop one year....

According to your rank, it will not be possible for you to get MBM, Jodhpur because you need to secure a rank upto 30k to stand a chance in any of the branches or score atleast 140+.

Sorry to say but you overall JEE result is not at all good to get admission in Rajasthan Technical University (RTU). Your percentile is low due to which your CRL rank would be very very high. Infact you can't take admission in any government college with this rank.

For RTU,  you can apply through REAP counselling.  Here,  your Jee Mains score as well as class 12th score is used as criteria. 

And on basis of your Jee Rank you can easily get admissions to RTU kota. 

Also,  REAP might help you to get some other good college

admission in MBM JODHPUR has nothing to do with jee mains result. The admission is concerned on the basis of your merit scored in 12th boards.

However, the eligibility criteria is 60%minimum for getting admission in the college along with science stream. But for cse competition is tough, so better
