Swami Keshvanand Institute of Technology (SKIT)Jaipur, JECRC jaipur, MBM jodhpur are affiliated to Rajasthan Technical University(RTU) kota, so the admission is done by the REAP counselling form. REAP is the common counselling form for more than 80+ affiliated colleges across Rajasthan. The counselling is based on the score of JEE Mains. So without JEE mains you can't appear for counselling. As you have stated that you have scored 75 percentile in JEE, so this is approximately equal to 60 marks. In colleges like MBM, RTU kota you can't get CSE branch at such low marks(you can preferly choose another branch), but in SKIT and JECRC getting CSE branch will depend on the level of competition and some luck.You can opt for CSE as first choice and IT, other branches as other choices. In JECRC & SKIT getting seat wil be easy in other branches and you will probably get a seat in 1 or 2 counselling. Form filling have been started from 30 May 2019 and last date of form filling is 29 June 2019. Academic fees of RTU affiliated colleges is 80k per annum. And these colleges also have a decent placement

Your percentile is 81.10 but you belongs to SC category. So there may be a chance that you will get seat in electrical engineering in Rajasthan technical university (RTU).

Yes, you can definitely apply for admission in RTU, Kota. There are two ways for it-

1. JEE Mains rank-

which can easily get you admission in RTU

2. REAP counseling form-

If you fill this form, not only it would help you for RTU but it will also help you in getting some other good colleges in Rajasthan too.

RTU KOta is technical University of rajasthan. 

Students from CBSE or any affiliated board can apply... 

Cutoff is not too much matter... 

There are various colleges give direct admission affiliated to RTU, KOta......

If you are getting admission for engineering then it's better to  drop one year....

According to your rank, it will not be possible for you to get MBM, Jodhpur because you need to secure a rank upto 30k to stand a chance in any of the branches or score atleast 140+.

I think you will have a chance in RTU, Kota because the cutoff for various branches ends approximately at 60k if you are from GENERAL category.

Also, I would suggest you to fill REAP form which will increase your chance of getting RTU, Kota.

Sorry to say but you overall JEE result is not at all good to get admission in Rajasthan Technical University (RTU). Your percentile is low due to which your CRL rank would be very very high. Infact you can't take admission in any government college with this rank. So according to me you should take admission in any good private institution.

For RTU,  you can apply through REAP counselling.  Here,  your Jee Mains score as well as class 12th score is used as criteria. 

And on basis of your Jee Rank you can easily get admissions to RTU kota. 

Also,  REAP might help you to get some other good college too.

For private colleges

Tution fee 60000rs

Development 11000rs

And some more different for different colleges. Total approx 80–85k rs .

Note- THIS IS PER ANNUM . There are some seats called TFWS SEAT IN WHICH YOUR TUTION FEE IS ZERO ONLY OTHER MISCELLANEOUS FEES IS TO BE GIVEN.

FOR Govt colleges

There are two types of seats

1. GAS(GOVT. AIDDED SEAT) which give good relaxation in fee
2. SFS which is same as that of private colleges.

admission in MBM JODHPUR has nothing to do with jee mains result. The admission is concerned on the basis of your merit scored in 12th boards.

However, the eligibility criteria is 60%minimum for getting admission in the college along with science stream. But for cse competition is tough, so better the result ,more is chances of your getting your preferred branch.
