if you have done a 3 year diploma after your 10th or after your 12 then you are eligible to do bachelor of technology BTech course from any college or University accept from NIT and IIT. moreover you are allowed to take admission in the second year as compared to normal general admission in the first year of BTech. this is because you have done 3 year diploma you are allowed to study from the 2nd year of BTech.

You may quit your college but the fee that you have paid against tuition fee and other miscellaneous fee will not be refunded to you.Also you may be asked to pay the fee for entire course before leaving the college.I kindly request you to once contact with your adminstration, they may help you with their terms and conditions and let you know the process.
