I think you should go for Christ. They are best in the course you are planning to take i.e. BCA.

let me tell while the colleges you have asked are top most in the karnataka while the cut off comedk in 2017

BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore is 10928, while 2016 is around 13k

RV College of Engineering, Bangalore is 7558 while 2016 is around 8837

Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Bangalore is 13683 while 2016 is 22501

dont just belive in the cut off you better be less and be on the safe zone

PES University is said to be one of the best in Bangalore. They are an autonomous university and hence have the liberty to set their own syllabus. This make them get updated to the industry regulations much before other colleges( which is good in this rat race).

See if u are opting a college through COMEDK entrance exam u must be aware that the college tuition fees lies between 1,15,000 to 2,00,000. So if u want to take concessions in ur btech career u should have applied the scholarship forms for that.

Otherwise u can ask for any concession in the fee structure if u are having a good merit point in the entrance exam but that can be discussed only when u physically approach them.

Fee Structure of MSRIT Bangalore in management quota are as follows:

∆For all the branches: 2 Lakhs/ annum + one time documentation charges during Management Quota Admission + 1 lakhs for hostel fees. 

You can consult :-7 6 7 6 O 8 O O O 8 about all your queries regarding admission in management quota.

The fee structure for other students who wants to take admission in MS Ramaiah institute of technology is as follows:-The fees for engineering in MSRIT will depends how u take up the admission

If u got admission through CET then the fees is around 21000.

If got the seat through comedk then the fees will be around 3lakhs plus 21000rs

Then, next for management qouta it starts with something 12lakhs and may increase with branch wise.plus 2100rs

So this is the fee structure.

  Yes, other state students can also apply for MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Banglore. 

 For B.E. you have to be passed 10+2 examination (equivalent to the two year pre University in Karnataka) with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry/Biotechnology/ Biology/ Computer Science/ Electronics as optional subjects in the qualifying examination is eligible to pursue an undergraduate degree in engineering at this college.
