Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Bangalore
Each university has it's own pros and cons, advantages and disadvantages.
Some of the universities mentioned in the question are private while others are government. So in government institutes the fees is lower than compared with private ones.
It also depends upon the student. See the campus where would you like to study?
At the end of the day it's your studies and skills that matter. How to study? How skilled are you to get a job? So I would suggest you to choose whichever you like to and make yourself skilled.

Dear Chiranth, you haven't mentioned the course that you want to take up in MSRIT. You should consider few things before changing your college if the stream is the same. First comes the fees part. You might have to pay the entire course fees to DSCE as they are foregoing a prospective seat for that entire duration of the course. Say you are ready to pay the fees. Now MSRIT should have a vacant seat in the Telecommunications stream and should be willing to take you. For this, you need to speak to the Administrative authorities of both the colleges. Let's say this process has been successful. Now you need to think about the placements. If you are shelling a huge amount for the same course twice, your placement should be good enough to cover you for that transfer. So you should get into a big firm that can pay you. You should consider which institute has better placement opportunities. This is the point where you shouldn't be settling for anything just good. Your parent's sacrifice of two college fees foe the same course cannot be compensated with a mediocre placement. So I would suggest you to reach out to both their placement cells to check the previous student's placements.
I think they provided 1.6lack ..

Hello Dear
See , all the bunch of colleges which you have displayed in your query are one among the good private institutions across the country but if you check it across the country but if you check it through the placement wise then I must prefer you to choose either the VIT or you can also go with the option MIT / RV College, Bangalore infact among these colleges MIT has got the tag of Institute of Eminence from the MHRD of India for it's achievements.
All the best
