Dear Chiranth, you haven't mentioned the course that you want to take up in MSRIT. You should consider few things before changing your college if the stream is the same. First comes the fees part. You might have to pay the entire course fees to DSCE as they are foregoing

Yes definitely all Diploma students can take admission in Btech degree course and are guven lateral entry directly into second year engineering based on aggregate diploma marks or through entrance exam.
