Both are good in there respected place but i will suggested you to go with the Communication Engineering. why because most of are going with this and it have a scope in the future as well.

MSRIT is an old institution and the more reputed one, Whereas MSRUAS is newly opened.
MSRIT is affiliated to VTU and is autonomous whereas MSRUAS is an independent unversity and is not affiliated to VTU.
MSRIT offers BE courses whereas MSRUAS offers BTech courses.
So if you are peculiar about B.Tech degree then you should go with MSRUAS.

I would suggest you to go with MS Ramaiah as it is a better college and has quite good placement records comparatively.
Before that you need to complete the 10th and 12th qualification. then directly approach the
administation we need to pay money for administation for specific branch which you choose.
