The cutoff for Medical Elctronics at MSRIT was 43256. So, you have a chance of getting admission to that course. You may have to wait till 2nd round or next rounds as it depends on the number of students who are above you chosing the branch. So,
no actually on the parameter of placement itself the MSRIT is a far better college. most of the students also admits that it actually gives 100% placement
on the other hand RU gives 65% placements according their students , also the percentage is constantly decling.
