as you scored rank is little higher so i suggest you to go with NCC-A so you will have good chances for getting better colleges as per previous years cutoff ranks and if you go with BC-D then you may not get good colleges as per your caste

for Maharashtra there is defence reservation present in NEET. Defence personnel's son or daughter or ex servicemen's son/daoughter can take admission in defence quota. In your case your father is CRPF personnel, so yes you can get reservation in NEET in Maharashtra.
