In your question it is not clear that whether you belongs to SC or ST category so it is quite difficult to guide you with an accurate information. However According to the category rank you have mentioned whether it is SC/ST, you can get some of the lower NITs like NIT Goa, NIT Silchar, NIT Pudducherry and likewise as per previous year's cut-offs if and only if you deserves the Home state quota for them but if not then I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks.
